How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel an order for any reason, please contact our Customer Care Team by emailing [email protected]. If the order has not yet been shipped or packed, we will be able to cancel it, so please make sure to contact us very soon after the order has been placed.
Please make sure you have your order number, postcode or email to hand, so we can swiftly locate your account.
Once your request has been received, we will arrange your cancellation and issue a refund to the same account used for payment or, if preferred, a voucher to your PetMeds account to use next time.
